SOMASENSA

Movement

SOMASENSA is a space devoted to self-evolution—an invitation to return to the body as a gateway for transformation. We believe that movement is a passageway into unlocking the unexplored parts of ourselves, guiding us back to our innate wisdom and truth. We aim to create a sacred space for the exploration and embodiment of feminine energy. SOMASENSA honors the power of authenticity. When we stand rooted in our truth, we ignite others to do the same, thus creating a ripple of connection, unity, and collective remembrance.
Honoring the cyclical nature of the feminine and our deep rooted connection to the earth and the elements. Accepting cycles of death and rebirth, celebrating and trusting the magic of the female body and the inherent wisdom it holds. Aligning with nature as a guide into our own evolution. Nothing is fixed, we are always evolving.
SOMASENSA movement practice is an invitation to explore the multifaceted nature of the feminine—its wild vitality, its intuitive wisdom, and its quiet, nurturing strength. Through movement and breath, we ground into the body and access flow, awakening the power held in the womb space. Inhabiting the body as a vessel, we uncover new possibilities through embodied exploration. Through sensation, pleasure, and presence we use both play and imagination to make space for the full spectrum of our being to emerge.
Each session weaves together modalities such as intuitive dance, meditative movement, yoga, pilates, and breathwork.
This is a space to surrender, to soften, and to welcome the fullness of your being—exactly as you are, and as you are becoming.
